Birds of the Galapagos and Machu Picchu Trip August 2009

Noddy, Brown, adult and juvenile (inset) (Anous stolidus galapagensis) - 12 Aug 09 - on Santa Cruz Island and juvenile flying off shore, the Galápagos, Ecuador. Note the lack of light cap on juvenile. Subspecies endemic to the Galápagos. Called a Common Noddy locally.
