Saturday, August 8th - Quito, Ecuador. While the rest of our group slept in, I was picked up at 5:30AM by Robert a very experienced birder to go bird watching outside of Quito. This is sunrise in the Andes at 3500 meters (about 11,500 feet) above sea level.
