Phoenix's 1st Disney World Visit September 19-25, 2011

While waiting to be seated, we took Phoenix on the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride attraction inside the Mexico pavilion. On returning to the restaurant we learned that their entire system was down and they couldn't get the bills out and clear the tables. Things were so backed up, we gave up on dining there. (Andy's)
