The GlenLyon Winery outside of Glen Ellen. Yes that's all there is to it. All the processing (except aging) is done in this small barn. The owner, vintner and actor Squire Fridell buzzed us in at the gate and met us here where all the sorting and fermenting are done for his very small production of about 1500 cases a year.
